With over 30 years of experience in both commercial and residential construction, Toby leads Ambrose Construction with a deep commitment to quality, integrity, and craftsmanship. His journey began in custom home building, where he quickly learned that a sharp mind and strong relationships are just as important as physical labor.
As a seasoned carpenter, Toby has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in delivering exceptional results. Over the years, he’s built a trusted network of skilled professionals, assembling top-tier teams to ensure every project is completed to the highest standards.

Toby primarily serves as the estimator at Ambrose Construction, working closely with clients during the initial stages of pricing and contract development. Known for his honesty and strong Christian values, Toby is dedicated to serving his clients, his family, and his community with hard work and heart.

Lead Supervisor at Ambrose Construction
John Dicks has been a vital part of Ambrose Construction for the past 8 years, bringing with him over three decades of experience in both commercial and residential construction. Born and raised on the coast, John is known not only for his expertise but also for his approachable and easygoing nature, making him a pleasure to work with on any job site.
As Lead Supervisor, John is the primary point of contact throughout the duration of each project. He oversees the crews, ensures timelines are met, and maintains the high standards of quality that Ambrose Construction is known for. His leadership and attention to detail consistently result in smooth operations and outstanding outcomes for our clients.
